About HL Arledge and Bayou Justice

HL Arledge is the author of the non-fiction Bayou Justice book series, a weekly true crime newspaper column, and an occasional podcast featuring unsolved or historically notable crime stories from South Louisiana. His writings are based and based largely on personal interviews with key players, including investigators, lawyers, victims, and their families. HL’s primary goal is to spread cold case awareness in support of victims and their families.

HL works in Louisiana state government and lives with his beautiful wife in a rural community just north of New Orleans. He is presently working on multiple books examining the New Orleans underworld, including their insights into the Kennedy Assassination.
